Gidday Vanessa!  Just a quick note and picture of our trio of pups in Sydney!  We just got them out of quarantine today and they are in great spirits!  We are so happy to have them home with us, and we are so grateful for all of your help in getting them here.  We had nothing to stress about knowing you were on top of all the details every step of the way, and that's priceless!  I so appreciated the updates and pictures on travel day too!

The most stressful part of moving with my husband to Australia was all about how our two cats would survive the move, quarantine, etc..  I was so pleased to get in touch with Vanessa as she was able to answer my very long list of questions and concerns.  There are so many rules and regulations for each country and airline and I knew that hiring an expert early on would help us.

I was pleased to have Vanessa’s assistance as there are many hoops to jump through and lots of paperwork that needs to be in order before the cats could travel.  My biggest concern was that due to logistics, the cats having to overnight in LA and kept overnight before they could even begin their long flight. However, the driver showed up and he was such a “kitty whisperer”.  He was very reassuring, introduced himself to our cats, told me stories about his cat and it put me at ease!!

Cats are doing very well in their new home and have found their new sun spots. Thank you again for all your hard work and care while getting are babies to Australia.

Kitties have settled in nicely and seemed to have taken the move better than us. You guys did an awesome job! We appreciate your attention and care to the details. We are a small American Bully Kennel located in Modesto, CA and had request to ship puppy to Tehran, Iran. Initially, we had no idea what to do until someone gave us Vanessa’s information. She worked with my girlfriend and I throughout the entire process and oversaw all documentation and communication to ensure a smooth move for this puppy. She was very clear on the paperwork required and provided a clear timeline so there were no surprises when we got to San Francisco Airport.

I want to thank you for the way you handled Cain and Tripp’s move from Los Angeles to London, England. They were just as calm and happy when they arrived, we’d have never guessed they had been confined to their crates for about 20 hours.

Just letting you know that Daisy was just delivered safe and sound to our new home in Kuala Lumper from her quarantine. Everything went well and she is now settling in.
